Due to the unique, one-off nature of our second-hand items, we offer returns primarily for items that are faulty or significantly different from the description provided.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select 'Request Return' within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Review Approval

  Wait for our quality control team to review your request and provide a prepaid shipping label if eligible.

• 3.
  Pack & Post

  Securely package the item in its original condition and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
